Will it change anything in my store?+
No. Connections are read-only. We display your orders and never edit, cancel or update them — you keep managing statuses where you always have.
Does it print courier labels?+
No. It prints an order summary slip — customer, address, items and the amount to collect. Your courier or Daraz still prints the shipping label; the slip goes with the parcel so the packer has everything in one place.
What printer do I need?+
Any printer that takes A4 paper, or a 4×6 thermal label printer. You choose the size each time you print.
How do Instagram orders get in?+
Instagram and Facebook don't offer an orders feed, so there's no automatic sync. Type an order into the quick-order form as you confirm it, or import a batch from a spreadsheet.
Is my customers' data safe?+
Store API keys are encrypted, each business can only ever see its own orders, and the whole site runs over HTTPS.
